Stigma is when we separate people into “us” and “them”. We should use supportive and non-stigmatizing language so we do NOT reinforce it. Speak out to correct stereotypes 
Moms all too often put themselves last. How do we help them take things off their plate so they too are a priority? We must empower the moms in our lives so they can get to their doctor appointments and know the signs and symptoms of

We need antidotes. For a possibly banned substance on steroids. A band steroid from bats that feed on blood used for steroid manufacturing. Look for raccoons sea turtles. Bats of the same variety, there are little birds that hunt them as well with better immunity to their virus.
