What about the effects of untreated chronic pain on the heart? Intractable pain, when un or under treated ( which is often these days) causes increased bp, pulse rate and unnecessary strain on your heart.

We need antidotes. For a possibly banned substance on steroids. A band steroid from bats that feed on blood used for steroid manufacturing. Look for raccoons sea turtles. Bats of the same variety, there are little birds that hunt them as well with better immunity to their virus.
