Maybe start with the pulmonologists with their smoking sections by the front door, who blame and judge their patients, offer few solutions, all the while cashing the checks of recurring revenue.
I did quit smoking. But my cardiologist put in my records I was an everyday smoker because I vape. I found another cardiologist.
Why are you shocked that smokers aren’t encouraged to quit? As a former smoker, I didn’t want to listen to anyone tell me about methods that did not work. And you still detail those methods in your current report and recommend them. But you don’t recommend e-cigs that do work.
