Remove your stigma for nicotine vapors first sir. I agree opioids are a problem, but we have a far deadlier problem to tackle called 
smoking that we have a safer alternative for already. If you would endorse it would literally help save millions of lives.
So we lose 115 everyday and you want harm reduction on this standpoint. Somehow though losing 1300 everyday to combustibles and the same harm reduction isn’t acceptable! Please for all smokers and vapers explain this concept! Asking for 1300 hundreds deaths daily!

My mother is flying in the face of American public health. Using a vape to quit smoking after a near life ending event. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks without a smoke and she admits a vape here and there keeps her motivated to quit. Also made her realize NRTs are a waste of money.
