I applaud harm reduction in all forms :). It’s time this nation realized people are just people all valued and all worth it. We make mistakes and even smokers have value. We embrace harm reduction for drug users but not smokers they have been vilified as second class.

So harm reduction is OK for drug addicts but not smokers. You are failing our county with your attitude towards vaping. YOU WILL go down in history as the Surgeon General who failed to support harm reduction for smokers which cost lives. You can only deny the truth for so long.

What the market allows them to. In less flippant terms, I would support a combination of allowing folks with the means to purchase clean needles at the drug store to do so while also providing privately-funded charity for those without the means.
