FDA defines "e-cigarette" as an electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS). All e-cigs use water soluble e-liquid to deliver nicotine. Every case of EVALI is linked to vaping oil based THC which are not compatible with e-cigarettes. Stop conflating the two. You put lives at risk.
