I truly believe,
#stigma is one of our biggest killers. We must work together to alleviate stigma so our loved ones and families feel comfortable seeking help. Only then will we be able to reach those who need help the most.Show this thread -

Correct! Minority populations are likely to experience discrimination when presenting to ER or clinical setting w/ sickle cell or any pain related injury or illness. A pt died as a result of being aggressively treated w/ NSAID!

Please talk with CMS about the 8% cut to payment. Saves money in one bucket but will drastically increase spending in others. They should be doing the opposite.
