So substance abuse is a disease many times requiring the use of things like methadone to step down over time which you condone, but when nicotine addicts found a safer way to do the exact same thing your first instinct is to ban it

Roots = Reward
They only share codes like dependency from addiction being 'of' physiological dependence. Like habitualizing a prescription.
Reward = No pain
Habit = Meds as prescribed

More needs to done then one person sharing her story, According to the National Survey on Drug Use, 20.1 million Americans 12 or older had a substance use disorder. About 2.1 million had an opioid use disorder, with 15.1 million reporting an alcohol addiction.
