Alcohol MISUSE? Why not use the word epidemic since it’s worse than vaping? Youth aren’t misusing alcohol, they are using alcohol for the intended purpose. Youth shouldn’t be using alcohol at all, right? Throwing money at the problem has never fixed anything!

I am happy to hear this, will they address it by banning product’s & prohibiting flavors like they are with e-cigarettes. Or is that a special case where there are no constitutional rights or boundaries. Misuse not epidemic right, regardless of % & evidence.
