I guess the foot soldier pool is drying up from poor not having access to safe healthy food? Given the fact historically that poor disenfranchised are often the ones targetted for recruitment.

The government that wants these young men & women to serve is the same one that is trying to (or already has) cut food stamps & free school lunches. Same government betraying allies & causing their genocide. Same government using the military as mercenaries for our enemy! SA=CASH
