As USSG I want to find the right balance - between the data and science on all sides, and the law. 1st we must strive to follow the law as Congress dictates. 2nd we can’t ignore proven epidemic youth use. 3rd, must make the science (in US environment) & legal cessation case.
So to vaping industry/ retailers/ advocates/ researchers- collect the data, do/ fund the studies, & make the proper legal case as the law requires. But asking @US_FDA to not enforce/ allow continued illegal (per @FDACommissioner) access when youth are harmed isn’t reasonable.

So why in the USA will it cost between 150000-400000 per flavour per strength to get a product on the market when in the UK it's 500 pounds for one test of the liquid at its maximum for that flavour? For say a strawberry at 18, 12, 6, 3, 0 would cost between 750000-2 million 1/2
