Respectfully ma’am, if leaving my job and home, moving my family across the country, taking big cut, and dealing with wife’s cancer in the process, all in the name of public service is “not paying a dime” then yes! Public servants sacrifice much for the good of our country!
Interesting. Do you get executive care at @WRBethesda? My family are active duty USPHS dependents. My son and I have an incurable disease that WR tells us they aren’t required to give us specialty care for and if we don’t like that, we should pay for outside care.

And we as commoners don’t? What I am getting at is if we could all afford the dental bills needed to stay healthy we would. Even with insurance we pay out of pocket or have to decide whether we can afford it and my husband and I are both paid well.
