        Look I get it! Protecting youth is a good thing! Let’s do it without risking the parents that raise them! Second hand smoke kills kids too! Parents that smoke smoke around their kids! Confine all vapor products to adult only locations like you do alcohol!

        Nicotine exposure during adolescence & young adulthood can cause dependence. No human study has ever found that nicotine harms the developing HUMAN brain. Studies in young rats found changes comparable to caffeine. More recently, those changes were found to be reversible.

        I have a masters degree and my wife a PhD we both smoked for over 20 years and quiet using flavored e-cigarettes. And you say we are brain damaged!? Seriously?
