It took years for the FDA to write the impossible Deeming Rules & still no guidance. Then suddenly, instead of applying by 2020, it’s 10 months. No lab availability to do the tests. This is illicit, adulterated THC & FDA & CDC know it. Kids lie & those not admitting THC are lying

Take away from today. The CDC is taking no responsibility for anything. Defering all responsibility to the FDA. FDA is trying to regulate with the wolves ready to attack. Congress is clueless and sees a good opportunity to get votes. No change will stop folks from dying.

Agreed. Marijuana products are illegal under federal law. THC and CBD products should apply for FDA approval before they get back on the market.
