Then I guess my reversing the effects of tabacoo related illnesses and stabilizing a heart condition through quitting smoking with a vape is a fluke then? Been vaping a few years now and healthiest I've ever been but what would I know I just live it every day.

Anecdotal evidence!! Were the respondents part of a clinical trial? Have blood tests done? Urinalysis? X-rays? Followed by private investigators? If there’s proof of use, shouldn’t be hard to find those breaking the law by selling to minors!!
