T21 is a meaningful action. Limiting flavors to adult only stores is a meaningful action. Marketing standards is a meaningful action. The ban being proposed will create thousands of criminals, push some back to smoking, and convert less smokers.

Pull it from Convenience stores. If you track the uptick in teen use it directly reflects when ecigs started being sold in those places. Start there, give us a chance to prove IT'S NOT SMALL BUSINESSES. Enforce the laws in place. Bans don't work.

Let’s regulate in a sensible and fair way. Raise age to 21, put a stop to the eBay sales, have stricter age verification for online sales, regulate packaging. There are regulations that can be enforced without completely closing the door on adult users.

Raise the age to purchase tobacco products to 21. Limit nicotine levels in flavored eliquids. And most importantly, ENFORCE the laws already in place, or put stiffer penalties for the kids, or their parents, that possess things made for adults. Prohibition has NEVER worked!
