From @JohnsHopkinsSPH @TheNYEC’s presentation: over 4.6 million young Americans remain disconnected from school and work. These young people, ages 16-24, are our “opportunity youth” and cost taxpayers $93B! There is an urgency to reconnect them to work and school.
