And yesterday our local medicaid DENIED (for a post-op major knee ACL surgery) a terrific non-narcotic pain med (Toradol). And denied Percocet because I wrote every 6 hours (they said to cover 30 tabs I had to write every 4 hours). Ridiculously stupid policy-> MORE narcotic use
