Hey Rolling Stone-you’ve got the wrong guy. I’m the Surgeon (not Attorney) General! And we’ve been too slow acknowledging the harmful effects on babies of everything from tobacco to alcohol to unnecessary opioids. We know enough NOW to say, pregnant women should avoid Marijuana!
And I’m convinced we can raise awareness without stigmatizing or demonizing. If we don’t tell women the dangers- especially with the significantly increased potency/ THC delivery of today’s marijuana- how can they make informed choices? Moms & moms to be deserve the facts!
