This has zero to do with Rx opioids. This is entirely related to illicit fentanyl and combined drug use associated with misuse. The death rate went down because the cartels started paying attention to quality control and the supply of narcan moved to where it could be effective.

Are you serious? Is this a joke? The CDC lost my trust years ago when I discovered they can't count. They happily publish guide lines that ruined my and many others lives. Even after we told them this would happen. They have not saved anyone. They have killed many TBH.

This doesn’t tell us the actual number of deaths since they are counted as multiple deaths. I also don’t see the total # of people in each state. How can you figure a percentage per amount of people per state and for the whole country?
