This is me!
I've been at 90 mme for over a yr. It's 25% of my once therapeutic dose that I took safely for 7 yrs. Two months ago I was told I'm possibly facing 50 mme in near future
Dr's alternatives
1) Suboxone...NO, I'm not an addict
2) Pain pump...invasive & risky

I'd rather know why you're denying people(especially Veterans!)in severe pain no access to adequate, if ANY, pain meds! If I'm supposed to be impressed that you had an article published in JAMA, or whatever publication, I'm not. It would be best if folks in pain had proper meds!
