I’m a patient at WRNMMC struggling to have access to pain medicine I need to stay alive and raise my children. Every time you conflate pain medication with drugs of abuse, you literally validate those who deny me care, like a pharm tech who refused to fill my script last week.

Thank God I knew my PCP for 15 years before test provable pain set in. Thank God I can trust her for proper care, including finding non opioids when I don't need the opioids. We have a written contract. I know my pain will be dealt with properly, she knows I am hurting.
