You're the surgeon general. You get paid to tell them things like: Addiction defines as a habitual bond as in(;) see also (double space), devotion or pursuit, good or bad. That a stigma of disease by federal departments prevents those who need help from getting it.

As a taxpayer- isn't it more fiscally sound to not carry naloxone and just let people die from overdoses? Like, why revive someone just to pay 40k a year to keep them in an overcrowded jail or prison?
