Please explain how this will work when kidney patients are denied coverage (or can no longer afford it) as a result of the administration's destruction of ACA? Transplants? Who's paying for this?

Agree. White, EGFR in 50's. Wanted to prevent. Two nephrologists not interested in seeing patients until EGFR is very low, used 12 as examp. if I remember correctly, or symptoms. Said not much can do to prevent, high quality protein, no NSAIDs.
