I agree Amy. Twitter didn’t allow for the exhaustive list I wanted, so I stuck with a short list that people can see & often discriminate by (eg sex, race, and who we choose to publicly be with). You are right- orientation is different & often preferred term, though less visible.

Thank you @Surgeon_General for recognizing there are numerous barriers that preclude health equity for members of the LGBTQ+ communities.
But not regardless of preferences you object to. Just be sure to make that clear, would you. It's easy to be accepting when you don't personally object to something. You fail the real test, though.

Respectfully sir, I believe you are misinformed on two counts 1) The person you mention isn’t blocked from this account- nor is anyone to my knowledge. 2) The person you mention appears to live in/ operates under U.K. public health jurisdiction vs the U.S.
