Yes it can. I lost my step brother to OD. But so can incurable painful diseases/conditions. I lost my mother to that. Now I have the exact same 1’s. Shame on you for neglecting the other side of the pancake. You have lost thousands or millions of voters. We exist 2 #Theincurables
