I sure hope twitter is not the only way you are communicating to physicians. My Aunt, a Dr, was given notice when cdc ‘guidelines’ were enforced, about getting all patients off opioids. Seems the message was spread easily when it came to stopping opioids,

but now it’s just a generic twitter msg. CPP community is worse than every with getting any relief. Treated like criminals, unnecessary expenses, etc. Major changes are necessary, not a msg blaming Drs for ‘misinterpreting’ guidelines.

AMA Reference Committees contain physicians, students from across the country and including every specialty. Many, if not most of those in the room are indeed grassroots physicians in active clinical practice.
