Just as “antidepressant & anti-anxiety” Rx drugs are not best for relieving depression & anxiety (especially when such drugs come with Black Box Warnings & side effects incl depression, anxiety, psychosis, derealization, mania + suicide).

If you're fighting a ton of inflammation short-term, maybe, but I'd encourage these people to take that much otc every 4 hours every single day until they are throwing up and pooping blood and still in pain, and then get back to us.
