My daughter had a T1 melanoma removed when she was 24. She is 41 now and checked twice a year. So thankful her gynecologist caught hers early. It was on her breast.
More than 80,000 Americans are diagnosed with melanoma each year. Eight years ago, my wife Lacey, was one of them. Like most individuals first diagnosed w/melanoma, Lacey’s tumor was localized, and a simple excision was sufficient at the time. #polkadotmama
