Why exactly are there no guidelines to MAT, when those with cancer/disabling chronic pain and terminal illnesses are regulated to death? My friend died a torturous death in hospice, denied opioids. Denied as she found cancer as well. Forced suffering is not acceptable

MAT is also exempted from some PDMPs too, which is kinda ironic to me since people that abuse medications would be the ones more likely to doctor shop.

It's obvious chronic pain patients R a marketing target for suboxone and I'm sure the surgeon General is already aware of this. I would love to know how much of a kick back surgeon General is getting 4 helping kolodny and Mendell
