  Prescriptions are at a 15 year LOW while overdoses from ILLEGAL heroin, carfentanil, and methamphetamine are at a 15 year HIGH. Causing those w/ chronic pain to be FORCED off of meds they've been stable on is inhumane & does absolutely NOT ONE DAMN THING to stop overdoses.
