        Yes it is a disease you you make the first choice to go for it / exheeding whst the sdoc orders in opioid crisis. I did not choose to be hearing impaired and in need of hearing aids I cannot get ( replace 15 yr old aids. Affordable housing is more important than anything

        Naloxone is a temporary fix. Persons who abuse opioids need treatment! And prevention of drug abuse is imperative.
