1) EVERYONE between ages of 13-64 should get tested for #HIV at least once in their lifetime. Those at higher risk should get tested annually.

Actually, some people need testing every 3 months or even more frequently, if highly sexually active and living in a high prevalence area. People at highest risk should be offered

With the Heroin epidemic.....all those that use should get tested . Many of them donate blood putting others at risk ...while blood is tested it is not always detected. So yes get tested more than once recommended 3 month 9 month and 14 months. For your health and others.
