1) EVERYONE between ages of 13-64 should get tested for #HIV at least once in their lifetime. Those at higher risk should get tested annually.

I would also include addressing systemic barriers to prevention and care including systemic bias based on racism, homophobia and lack of access due to poverty. It is crucial to address systemic barriers to address HIV disparities
