@Surgeon_General , sir, you replied to @vapingit that "some independent vape shops have an equally high violation rate." Would you supply the data for this claim, as the @US_FDA data set does not support this same suggestion.

I have doubts that you really want this information, but if you actually search the

Dr. Gottlieb praised the fact that most vape shops are far more rigged with their age verification policies. When the FDA conducted undercover operations to find out if stores were selling to youth, it was the convenience stores which had over 1300 infractions.

I agree with this. Vape shops as a category seem to be doing much better than retail establishments at limiting youth sales. Obviously bad apples and more work to be done all around though. I hope this is something everyone can agree on.
