It’s easy to cut and paste snippets from Twitter and make them fit a narrative. 1) there are all sorts of people selling e cigs to kids, including some vape shops (and the evidence supports that statement) 2) We all have a role to play to ensure #noEcigs4kids Do you disagree?

#noEcigs4kids ' for never smoking kids I agree For ex-smoking kids it's far more complicated and not cut and dried. Imagine you were the parent of a 17yo who had successfully switched from Smoking to Vaping (there will be quite a few) -
Even for never-smoking kids, it's complicated. Some kids are drawn to what they perceive as risky behaviours, vaping seems to be being chosen INSTEAD of smoking by some. Ecigs are "heading them off at the pass"

@JeromeAdamsMD Can we 1) increase the penalties for stores selling to kids (banning sales for 30 days at Walgreens like fining Tom Brady $5k for inflating footballs)? and 2) punish adults & KIDS who sell e-cigs to kids. @JeromeAdamsMD Also our schools do not want to punish the kids caught selling e-cigs (they do so blatantly on Snapchat) because "there parent would get upset."
