If @FDATobacco would approve labeling, we could say e-cigs are safer than cigarettes, but not safe. Wouldn't this be better?

Except that vaping is magnitudes more safe than smoking, not just 5 to 10 percent but 95 percent. That's nowhere near the bar, is it?
