This is a moral rather than medical viewpoint. Because nicotine addiction, in itself, is almost completely harm-free. What does it matter if vapers get addicted? (I'm a lifelong non-user, just interested in objective reasoning.)
It is actually a medical viewpoint-& it’s complicated. Addiction is defined differently by different experts, and most everyone has a different potential for addiction based on genetics and the substance. Spectacularly misses the point. What is the HARM in being addicted to a clean source of nicotine? Does not intoxicate (may even improve concentration), minimal adverse effects.

Ma’am, my statement & tweet were from a discussion with youth about vaping, for which there IS evidence of addiction, including harm. Biochemical pros and cons aside, the learning environment across our country is being compromised by kids addicted to ecigs.
