Our resources are way down. We have a huge Physician shortage, and it is getting worst. Not sure what the governments agenda is. You can build it, but doesn't mean they will come. Only people like you know the governments true agenda Mr. Surgeon General.

Access barriers- first and foremost. Not only about access to healthcare but health itself- like reasonably priced healthy food, community centers, transportation, rural blood pressure check clinics.

One untapped resource is Pharmacists who because of antiquated laws not recognizing their current skills and education are preventing the US patient from utilizing their expertise as Healthcare Providers.
