Regular use amongst teens is 5.8%. 4.9% are current or former smokers, 0.9% are never smokers and how many of those would've been smoking had vaping not been around. Hard to claim vaping is addicting a new generation to nicotine with those numbers.
Duluth passed T21. Now young adults are banned from #HarmReduction products. We have an enforcement issue, why are we not enforcing the law and holding lawbreakers accountable, instead of BANNING adults from something that can help them kick the smoking habit?
i understand theres issues in schools ,which is why there should be a law that it is illegal for minors to possess or use any tobacco products and should be heavily enforced
That's criminal to pretend people can be old enough to join the military and possibly die, but they're not old enough to smoke a cigarette. Those are the kind of people we should be fighting against.
