North Carolina has been a leader in providing access to #Naloxone. The public health leaders of North Carolina understand that anyone can save a life, if they have naloxone on hand. #GetNaloxone #SafeALife @NCPHA @NCDHHS

I applaud @NCPHA @NCDHHS for the strides they have made. The North Carolina Opioid Action Plan (2017-2021) shows impressive trends in reducing the oversupply of prescription #opioids & increasing the availability of buprenorphine.pic.twitter.com/V5weONGADy

You need to get rid of alcohol, smoking, vapes, chewing tobacco and a lot more! I’m sure many of you might have a drink when you get home but you’ll live. Get rid of Caffeine too! Most of those things kill more lives than opioids do yet, you do nothing. Accountability people?

Don't forget sugar, more people addicted to that than anything else. Also fast food/all junk food as obesity kills over 300,000 per year! Harvard medical proved that alcohol is the worst by far of all drugs, it kills every 15 sec. yet it's still legal!

Just so you know. We were safe for a very long time up until recently and that was illicit Fentanyl, that our Postal Service & Border Control allowed to enter our country. Not stopping it when you saw it, was allowing it. Before then, this wasn’t happening. Do we get a chip next?

North Carolina is also a leader in Hippa Violations. Thank you so much for allowing the Sheriff, the pharmacist, ER, program to for overdose probability and another to monitor every medication filled. Any doctor can view my records. Who in NC cannot, except me? Let’s see yours.

I’m just waiting for the day when all of a sudden you cannot work, not sure why, only to discover you have an invisible illness that has no cure. It’s extremely painful, you can’t work nor barely move your hands. Wait until they tell you “You’ll be taken care of! I promise you.”pic.twitter.com/IWIFC3Oy37
