  Thanks @JeromeAdamsMD for highlighting this. All focus on nicotine, and marijuana is known to be more dangerous for underage use and underage use very high. Also, no bricks and mortar or online sales, no manufacturers and no marketing. Prohibition doesn't work, education does.

  There's not a ton that shows up when you search therapeutic use THC/marijuana in NIH/SAMHSA. They flew through metabolism. It's in an old neuro/Addiction class text, probably the international version too. Pearson has a version for $600, but don't know if it has THC.

  Isn’t this one of the key tennents of the pro-cannabis movement? That legalization and regulation (like alcohol) reduces adolescent cannabis access and use, thus reducing overall harms?

  Since alcohol withers grey matter volume &marijuana seems2increase it, do we know that this is a clearly negative effect? There is evidence marijuana lowers brain inflammation 2increase functional connectivity, is this indicative of that? Kids should not toke but lies dont help
