Having an ambassador from Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids stand at the podium with you is a slap in the face to harm reduction advocates. Why weren't they there to speak on youth prevention? CTFK was involved in the negotiations that keeps tobacco legal and started the JUUL hype.
Just to be 
clear- I am not against e-cigs as potential harm reduction option for adults. My advisory is asking everyone- ESPECIALLY adult ecig and vaping advocates- to help address epidemic ecig use in our young people. Can we all/ at least agree, #NoEcigs4Kids #LetKidsBreathe

It should never be harder for a smoker to buy reduced harm products than to buy cigarettes.

What about kids who smoke? How many years is it ok to force them continue doing so before their parents can legally buy them a far safer alternative, Mr Surgeon General?

Literally no one disagrees with you on this. All I ask is that you make clear -- and not just on Twitter -- that smokers should consider switching to vaping if they can't or won't quit.

For over a
years adults have been trying to stop kids from smoking and for the 1st time in them years, smoking rates are dropping
In a perfect world kids wouldn't smoke or vape, the world's not perfect and now smoking rates will start to go back up thanks to people like you - 2 more replies
