Having an ambassador from Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids stand at the podium with you is a slap in the face to harm reduction advocates. Why weren't they there to speak on youth prevention? CTFK was involved in the negotiations that keeps tobacco legal and started the JUUL hype.

What about kids who smoke? How many years is it ok to force them continue doing so before their parents can legally buy them a far safer alternative, Mr Surgeon General?

Literally no one disagrees with you on this. All I ask is that you make clear -- and not just on Twitter -- that smokers should consider switching to vaping if they can't or won't quit.

years adults have been trying to stop kids from smoking and for the 1st time in them
years, smoking rates are dropping
