The health risk is negligible and highly positive if vaping displaces smoking. If nicotine is so terrible for the brain, where are all the millions of brain-damaged former teen smokers? The whole brain damage case rests on a few ambiguous rodent studies.

If Vaping was banned, Teen smoking would double almost immediately and PH would blame the increase on vaping because they never take responsibility for their decisions.
