That's a nice kickback for the manufacture of Narcan. I'm sure they are thankful. Now, If every disabled hurting veteran can get adequate pain control without shame & stigma or accusations of being in addict, the pharmaceutical kickback might be worth it to vets. @RobertDRoseJr1
