Substance use disorders are chronic, relapsing conditions. We want people to keep naloxone handy if they have a loved one who uses drugs. They have to be alive to pursue treatment. We support the @Surgeon_General advisory on naloxone; read it at http://bit.ly/2zOJKKd .
