i never seen it, i know u could upload videos on twitter but it was limited on certain devices & PC 's "Browser wouldnot playback"

what i'm talking about is LiVE Streaming like YOUNOW & Snapchat , Live Streaming on Twitter, kinda like how TweetReel used to do
