The only way we're able to keep up with our schedule AND work full-time jobs is to edit the episodes en masse, and schedule them on YouTube to be published later. That's the single most important tool at our disposal, and that will be taken away from small creators like us.
I implore @TeamYouTube to reverse this decision, but we all know how much they really care about small creators.
If it turns out that these features really will be gone from us, then we have no hope on YouTube, and we will probably permanently move to Twitch VOD.
We know that we'll probably lose a significant majority of our fanbase by moving to Twitch, but it's either that, or nothing. Twitch allows you to schedule videos no matter your channel size 
We're sorry about this news, but we either need to adapt to the platform ecosystem, or stop creating videos, and right now we're determined to do the former.
