Social distancing and good hygiene is virtually impossible for those incarcerated or working in jail/prison. Chesas priority even in a pandemic is on criminals and not on citizens. Criminals and incarcerated people are a tiny minority of the overall population and are much less likely to get the virus anyway.
Congrats on grandstanding even in the face of an apocalypse.
