Chicago police leaders warned their cops that factions of the Latin Kings planned to retaliate following the fatal police shooting of a 13-year-old. Gang members were instructed to "shoot at unmarked Chicago police vehicles," CPD warned.

13 hear old missing three nights. Seems she'd be curious at least. Lightfoot wants to know how "social safety net failed". If a parent won't call police.....maybe we'll learn of more child protective service failures.
